STA Supervisors are selected according to many and difficult creteria to ensure they have highly training skills and technical experinces in their fields , They are selected after passing many written and practical exams plus deeply test for their softskills , STA aim to have competency based training supervision.
STA have continuously profissional development plan for supervisors to keep their experince all the time up to date The Academy uses various strategies for the professional development of the supervisors of the training programs, which are:
- Trainings, technical workshops – and on job training programs.
- Analysis of the results of student and companies surveys and use the results to built capacity-building plans.
- Participate in many research workshops and magazines.
- Support professional learning communities for supervisors of each technical specialization.
